Public auction for Welshpool land

A 130-acre block of pasture and arable land with buildings is being sold by public auction on 15 October.

The land at Pool Quay, near Welshpool, has 19 acres that is currently used as arable land. However, the entire lot has been ploughed in the past.

It is expected to reach £776,000 and is for sale as a whole or in two lots.
