South Wales livestock opportunity
A 122-acre grassland farm near Llandovery, Carmarthenshire, is for sale at a guide price of £995,000.
Sheep are currently grazed on the Grade 4 pasture, but the land could offer potential for a beef enterprise.
Cwmceiliog Fawr is marketed with a four-bedroom farmhouse and includes a general-purpose stock shed.
The land is registered with the Welsh Glastir Scheme and the Farm Woodland Premium Scheme.

Exmoor farm and holiday business
A farm and holiday cottage business is for sale at Wheddon Cross, near Exmoor National Park, at a guide price of £2.35m for the whole or in two lots.
Triscombe Farm offers 167 acres of grassland and woodland and a diversification of 10 holiday cottages. It has a Dutch barn for fodder storage and two covered yards.
About 141 acres is available in one lot. The land is mostly fenced and has been used for grazing sheep.

Dorset FBT offers grazing
A three-year farm business tenancy (FBT) in Dorset is available from 1 April 2015.
About 59 acres at Mill Farm, near Okeford, Fitzpaine, is up for rent as a whole or in two lots. The land is a mix of temporary and permanent grass leys. The temporary grassland has previously been used for forage maize and is suitable for arable cropping.
