Wreckers Yard: Case Axial Flow combine on a roll

Joseph Brodie’s currently out in America doing the 2000 mile custom harvest and thought our readers would appreciate some pictures of what happened to one of the team’s combines.

When moving between farms, one Case Axial Flow driver picked up a little too much speed coming down a hill, coming off the road and finding a ditch in the way. What resulted is below!

WY: Case 2

WY: Case 3

WY: Case 4

WY: Case 5

WY: Case 6

WY: Case 7

WY: Case 8

Luckily, the driver wasn’t hurt (only his pride) and there was nothing in the way to squash either.

Thanks to Joseph for sending these in.

We’ve changed the way we put things on Wreckers Yard. Here are some instructions:

If you have some photos that you think should be in the Wreckers Yard, there’s a new facility called the The Wreckers Yard gallery which allows you to add the pictures yourself by following these simple instructions.

1)      You will need to be registered on FWiSpace in order to upload a picture. If you are not already a member then you can join here

2)      Once you are signed into FWiSpace you submit a picture using the ‘add picture’ option. Click the ‘add picture’ link to bring up a box which allows you to locate the picture on your own computer, give it a headline in the ‘Friendly name/subject’ area and then describe what has happened using the ‘Description’ box.

3)      One you have completed the steps set out in (2) press ‘save’ at the bottom.

Note: Pictures should be no more than 4MB in size
