Fresh on the Gregoire Besson stand was the new R6 mounted plough, completing the companies R-series plough offering. Available in four- or five-furrow sizes, the plough is designed for 180-280hp tractors.
Features include an offset curved leg, which the company reckons makes it easier to pull and reduces metal wear. The R6 also gets a suspended headstock to absorb jolts from the linkage, as well as in-cab electronic controls to adjust depth and pitch.
The firm says the double furrow wheel assembly at the back makes it easier to plough out wheel marks and should mean you can get tight to hedges. A five-furrow top-spec version will cost £26,300.
