Countryside Alliance is watching Big Brother

THE COUNTRYSIDE Alliance is trying to make sure that Big Brother contestant Derek Laud stays in the show for as long as possible because of his views on hunting.

Mr Laud is an alliance supporter and ex-Master of the New Forest hunt pack.

In a recent e-mail newsletter, sent out to members of the CA, it said Big Brother was “an opportunity for Derek to educate those parts of the country which other programs might not reach”.

For that reason, it urged members to vote to keep Mr Laud in the game.

Big Brother, which is screened daily on Channel 4, regularly attracts three to four million viewers.
