Are you a fan of the great outdoors? Enjoy taking pictures? Enter the “Beautiful British Landscapes” photography competition and you could be in with a chance of winning £500.

Farmers Weekly and The Woodland Trust want to celebrate our wonderful countryside, so we have teamed up to run this contest.

Farmers Weekly readers are, after all, uniquely placed to capture the countryside in all its glory as you see nature and the landscape through every season and in all weather conditions.

We want to see your favourite shots, whether they’re of ancient pastures or bluebell woods, dales or coastlines, rolling arable land or tree-covered hills.

It might be a shot of a view or feature you see every day or it might be an image that captures an aspect of the landscape that only reveals itself at certain moments.

Entries will be accepted any time before Friday 15 July 2016, so there is plenty of time to get out and about with your camera – but you can also raid your archives.

The top shot will be published in Farmers Weekly.
