Farmers reckon they’re best at sex – and get it most often

British farmers are having sex more often than people in any other profession, and seven in 10 of them rate their performance in bed as “incredible”.

That’s according to a survey, which also found one-third of farmers say they make love at least once a day, coming out ahead of architects, doctors and hairdressers.

The research, by Lelo UK, asked 2,000 men and women about their sex lives, as well as their occupations.

Relationships expert Kate Moyle thinks doing a physical job outside in the fresh country air could make people more frisky when they down tools for the day.

“The level of physical activity in a career such as farmer, rather than someone in an office setting, may impact levels of fitness and energy,” she said.

And those benefits were likely to be felt outside the bedroom.

“The lifestyle factors of our jobs, such as flexibility of working hours and the environment, are also likely to have an impact on all our lives not just our sex lives,” Ms Moyle said.
