Photo of the Week: Honey sports natty jumper to keep warm

This week’s photo of the week was sent in by Tanya Earnshaw.

It shows her Badger Face Texel, Honey, wearing her new jumper to ward off the winter chill.

Tanya has a small pedigree flock of 30 sheep, known as “Thorntrees Badger Face Texels”, which she shows.

She said: “[the jumper is] a dog jumper. As it was a cold day and I felt she needed extra support… my friend went out and got this. We thought it suited her, being an expensive breed, to have expensive clothing taste.”

Tanya says that lambing has been challenging this year, which may be due to the inconsistent weather patterns that have become more frequent.
