Despite ongoing wet weather, spring is here and farmers will be hoping that the UK has turned a corner when it comes to the weather.

JH Hamilton of West Fortune in East Lothian has certainly taken advantage of a gap in the weather to get going with potato planting.

The beautiful sunrise no doubt was a motivator in getting the work done.
