‘Heartwarming’ Welsh farming brothers video proves huge hit

An interview with two Welsh farming brothers has captured the public’s imagination and is proving a surprise hit on social media.

The 18-minute video features Howell and Gerwyn George, who have lived and worked on a Carmarthenshire farm for more than  70 years.

The heartwarming footage sees them share their views on agriculture and reminisce about the old days on the Kidwelly farm.

It was watched more than 36,000 times in the first two days after it was posted on Facebook.

“I could listen to this pair all day long,” one viewer commented. Another said: “They don’t make boys like this any more – more’s the pity. Quality!”
