You might be taking a break from the tractor cab on Christmas, but don’t go cold turkey – enter our latest Identi-kit competition on FWispace instead.

Are you the authority on all things automated? The master (or mistress) of all things motorised? Then prove it. We’ve found six pictures of machines or equipment taken from close-up, oblique or unusual angles – all you have to do is identify what they are.

This month we’ve got tractor tyres, tractor cabs and car grilles that will test even the most dedicated machinery buff. And if you needed any more of an incentive, there’s £20 up for grabs for the first person who can correctly identify all six.

Taking part is simple. Just go to the Identi-kit competition thread on the forums and tell us what machine or piece of kit you can see in each photo – the more precise you can be in terms of make and model the better. (You will have to register on Fwispace before you can post your answers – this only takes a couple of minutes)

The closing date for the Christmas Identi-kit competition is Monday 31 January.
