What are your recollections of how/where you met? | How well the first date went and how time flew. | Making my best friend laugh after the date when I stated the obvious by saying he spoke like a farmer – when he was a farmer! |
What do you like most about your other half? | Her beautiful smile and that she’s always willing to muck in. | That’s he’s a true gent and my cup of Yorkshire tea. |
How would describe their personality? | Happy, confident, caring and sharing. | Funny, loving, caring and sharing. |
And their dress sense? | Boots, jodhpurs and straw in her hair by day. Beautiful dresses by night. | Sexy boots, jeans and the traditional farmer check shirt. |
And if you could change one thing about them what would it be? | Our holiday to Bakewell and Muston YFC ball. | His persistent tractor-spotting – as if he doesn’t already see enough of them. |
What’s the highlight of your time together? | Her impressive body thermostat, it can’t make up its mind. | Celebrating our first Valentines Day together this year. |
What’s the most annoying habit? | Asking me to get things when I’ve just got comfy on the sofa. | Bringing the farmyard home with his pig-like snoring! |
What’s the secret to a good relationship? | Sharing – and understanding the girl’s always right. | Compromise and always being there for each other. |
Are rural people more romantic than urban ones? | Yes what could be more romantic than an evening combining under the setting sun. | Definitely. Who can resist a farmer. |
Love is? | That warm, happy feeling. | Knowing you can’t live without somebody and that your world’s incomplete without them. |
