Trio of south-west farms at auction

Three small West Country farms are to be auctioned by Stags in August.

Manor Farm, Norton Fitzwarren, near Taunton, has 162 acres of arable and pasture and an insulated potato store, grain store and cattle yards. It has a six-bedroom farmhouse and is guided in excess of £1.4m.

Caffyns Farm, Lynton, consists of 136 acres of gently sloping grassland on the north Devon coast, which has also grown arable crops. It has an old farmhouse mentioned in the Domesday Book, a separate bungalow, and a range of stone barns with good scope for development, subject to planning. It is guided at £1.2m-£1.4m.

Northwood Farm, Chudleigh, extends to just over 75 acres and is tucked away in a valley. The four-bedroom brick farmhouse needs updating. The farm includes cider orchards, woodland, ponds as well as pasture, and is guided at £800,000. Stags 01392 680 059
