Versatile estate, good location
One of the latest Scottish properties on the market is the Rossie Ochil Estate at Forgandenny in Perthshire.
The traditional 1260-acre low-ground estate includes a nine-bedroom house with five further estate houses and cottages, and features an arable and livestock farming enterprise and a low-ground shoot.
William Jackson, of CKD Galbraith, who is looking for offers over ÂŁ3m, said the property was in an excellent location and offered a great combination of agriculture, sporting and residential opportunity.
With the property just days on the market, most interest had come from Edinburgh, although there had been enquiries from further afield, Mr Jackson said.
