Woodland offering split four ways

Monks Forest is a 205-acre parcel of woodland just north of Balcombe, West Sussex, with a timber stacking yard and three-bed cottage requiring modernisation.

The land has been lotted into three by R H & R W Clutton and contains a wide range of tree species including Scots Pine, Japanese Larch, Douglas Fir and Norway Spruce. There are also some areas of mixed broadleaves which were badly damaged in the storms of 1987.
