Dairy farming family to make GMTV appearance

A dairy farming family will have GMTV’s Lorraine Kelly broadcasting from their home for a special programme with a farming feel.

Barbara Hughes, dairy chairman for the Women’s Food and Farming Union (WFU), will welcome the LK Today team to her Cheshire farmhouse on Thursday (20 December) morning. 

Lorraine’s show, which starts at 8.30am on ITV1, will be broadcast from Barbara’s home .

It will include a tour around the farm, show viewers the milking parlour and the cows. Lorraine will also collect the eggs and then ‘makeover’ Barbara’s husband Derek and daughter Anne.
