What to see at Dairy-Tech 2023

New products galore, a brand-new Lameness Village and a debate with Defra farming minister Mark Spencer are just a flavour of what is in store at next month’s Dairy-Tech event (1 February).

This will be the first time the Royal Association of British Dairy Farmers’ (RABDF) event at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire has been held in February since 2020, after the continued impact of Covid meant last year’s show had to move to a later April slot.

Almost 300 exhibitors are set to fill the halls, and innovations this year include a new walk-over weighing system from Datamars, an automatic teat brush from Northern Dairy Equipment and newly launched liners from Milkrite, designed to improve milk flow in robotic systems.

The event will also see the return of the ever-popular Dairy and Innovation Hubs, where topics such as technology for improving welfare and global sustainability will be discussed.

● A state-of-the-nation debate with Defra farming minister Mark Spencer
● Implementing regenerative farming systems and the benefits they bring
● Seeking mental health support within the farming community.

The Innovation Hub is a stage for new products, ideas, technologies and techniques to help improve dairy businesses.
