Any further questions for Lord Rooker?

There is still time to submit your question for Poultry World to put to DEFRA junior minister Lord Rooker at this year’s British Pig and Poultry Fair on 13 May.

Fair organiser, RASE, together with fair partner ABN, is hosting a lunch with key industry representatives and Lord Rooker, where he will be on hand to answer questions.

You may want to quiz him on DEFRA’s cost and responsibility sharing initiative or ask why French and Belgium producers secured an organic feed derogation until harvest while UK producers did not? Do you have concerns over DEFRA’s budget shortfall leading to cuts in research or any other concerns?
