Moy Park offers 15 graduate training positions

Moy Park has launched a graduate recruitment programme, which it said would offer 15 permanent positions for management trainees across the group.

The posts will be in a wide range of divisions, including agriculture, supply chain, food development and operations. A spokesman said the jobs promised a “structured programme of work, learning and skills development”.

Successful candidates will be mentored by senior executives and will have specific management training, as well as undertake work placements and project assignments.

Mike Mullan, director of human resources, said that there had never been a better time to start a career in the food industry. “This graduate programme is the perfect launchpad from which to build a successful career with Moy Park.

“We are looking for ambitious graduates with the drive, energy and confidence to be strong leaders and team players.”

The 15 positions are across Moy Park’s sites in Northern Ireland and England, and available to graduates with a minimum 2:1 degree (obtained or predicted). Applications should be submitted through the Moy Park careers website before 29 March.
