Driffield firm Agriweld, which has been making muckspreaders for other firms for some time, is now producing models under its own name.
Its Rhino range of rear-discharge spreaders comes in 8-16t capacities and consist of folded 6mm one-piece sides and floor on a full rigid chassis. The floor chains are 18mm mining quality.
There is a heavy-duty drawbar with an easy-to-remove towing eye for quick replacement and the 2m wide gearbox and back end enables larger diameter rotors to increase standard spread width to 20m.
Scoop-style rotor flights of 800mm diameter are designed to hold and throw more material.
Large-diameter 580.70 R38 tyres are fitted as standard. Cost of the standard 15t model is £29,500.
