Cereals 2010: Gregoire Besson launches trailed Combimix

Seen in its prototype form at Lamma, Gregoire Besson’s one-pass cultivator, the Combimix, has been revamped and is now available in trailed 4m and 5m models.


Pictured here with the firm’s lightweight diamond roller, the 4m version will need in the region of 250hp to 280hp to pull it.


Combining a row of five tines and a double row of hydraulically-controlled discs, the Combimix and can work to a depth of 14in, depending on the spec of tine chosen and depth is controllable via the hydraulically adjustable roller. It will cost in the region of ÂŁ54,000.
