This prototype tracked trailer from Triffit is aimed at potato, sugar beet and vegetable growers who want to be able to travel even in difficult conditions.

It has disc brakes inside the front axles and drive assistance is provided by a hydraulic pump driven by the tractor’s pto. The tracks are 600mm-wide Camoplast units which the firm’s Jim Kirby says give an enormous improvement in ground compaction. Any Triffit trailer can be ordered with the tracks.
