First look at New Holland T4 at EIMA

The New Holland stand at the EIMA show was peppered with small, vineyard-type tractors, but the most relevant for the UK was the new T4 tractor.
Spec-wise, it nestles between the smallholder-type T4 Powerstar and larger T5-Series.
The new T4 – which isn’t due to go into production until next summer – will comprise three models and will replace the T4000-Series and basic T5000 tractors.
A 3.4-litre Fiat engine will provide between 86hp and 107hp, and EGR takes care of emissions. It gets plenty of big tractor perks including a spacious cab.
Buyers can pick from an electro-hydraulic or mechanical shuttle, while there are four gears across three ranges (like the T5).
Hydraulics are 48 litre/min as standard, while rear lift can be up to 3.8t.
