Irish bale wrapper manufacturer Tanco has introduced a twin-arm machine, the 1320, in addition to its existing single-arm 1300 model.

It fits on the front of a loader or a tractor rear linkage and the provision of the second arm has speeded up capacity considerably.
While the 1300 in rear linkage mode could wrap 50 or more bales an hour in the field and 40-50 on a loader in the yard, the 1320 can manage 70+ bales an hour in the field and 60 wrapping and stacking in the yard. A single cut-and-tie unit services both film dispensers and twin tower supports add rigidity to the whole unit.
It costs £14,300.
