KMZ Industries acquires Brice-Baker grain storage business

KMZ Industries has acquired the key assets of Brice Baker Group’s grain storage and processing business, namely the automated Bradbury production lines and all intellectual property rights for Brice Baker silos and dryers, including the well-known Law-Denis grain dryers.
The acquisition is part of KMZ Industries’ strategic development plan to boost its product offering. It also plans to expand production capacity to meet increasing demand for storage and processing equipment and strengthen its positions in the CIS region.
KMZ Industries designs, makes and installs grain storage and processing equipment, as well as providing service and maintenance support.
Established in 1970, Brice-Baker is known as a leading UK manufacturer of galvanised steel silos and dryers, both in the UK and worldwide. In 2010, it bought the intellectual property rights for Law-Denis grain dryers. It is based at Wyboston in Bedfordshire.
