Kongskilde buys grass machinery and feeder maker JF-Stoll

Kongskilde Industries, whose main shareholder is DLG (the Danish Co-operative Farm Supply), has bought fellow Danish company JF-Stoll. It says the move will strengthen Kongskilde’s position in the agricultural implement market.

JF-Stoll, which was owned by J. Freudendahl, has an annual turnover of 300m Danish Krona and 230 employees based at two production sites in Sønderborg. The company is 60 years old and is known for its innovative mowers, forage harvesters, rakes, and tedders as well as its complete diet mixers.
