Rinsing and draining pesticide containers can be A time consuming operation, but McDonald Agri now has a quicker way of doing the job.

The company has launched the Vegcraft ProDrain, which is designed to reduce the time operators take to fill a sprayer using an induction hopper and rinse pesticide containers.

Comprising a 2.5m long stainless steel “trough”, 16 vertical pegs provide support for inverted cans and bottles so that they can drain completely after rinsing. The collected drained liquid can then be added to the sprayer’s induction bowl. Price is £595 with options for a wash gun and pump.
