Landini 7-Series sees torque tweaked

Five tractors – ranging from the 175hp 7-180 to the 232hp 7-235 – make up Landini’s new 7-Series. The six-model line-up has been cut back thanks to power and torque increases from the six-cylinder FPT engine.
There are three small-framed tractors offering power outputs up to 203hp.
Their larger-framed siblings include the 7.7t, 232hp flagship model. Landini’s dual-power feature has been increased by as much as 20hp over previous models, the Italian maker says.
In the transmission department there’s a 32×24 box, which has eight powershift steps and electric range shifting. Prices start from ÂŁ71,290 for the 7-180 Techno.
Landini’s four-model, six-cylinder Landpower range also gets a new four-post cab and control layout similar to the four-cylinder Powermodial tractors. A 6.7-litre Fiat engine provides 117hp to 158hp. Only the Techno version with 18×18 gearbox is available in the UK.
