Ploughs are getting more and more hefty and the latest semi-mounted offering from Kuhn is no exception.

The new Vari-Leader semi-mounted plough has been beefed-up so that it can cope with up to 360hp on the front.

Most of this strengthening has taken place in the front connecting frame.

This has been tweaked to allow tighter headland turns, too.

Kuhn has also added a large-diameter wheel to make it carry better and be easier to pull.

The Vari-Leader is available with six, seven or eight bodies. The eight-furrow version costs about £44,000.
