Air-powered pump keeps drains clear

BLOCKED drain clearing is one of the specialities of an air-powered pump from Ingersoll-Rand.

The Bolton-based firm says the versatility of compressor power and the portability of the 36kg (79lb) P35 series pump make the unit particularly suited to those awkward-to-get-at, pumping jobs. The P35, for example, will pass through a 357x214mm (14×8.5in) opening.

Pump head spec is 72m (236ft), and other features include gas pressurised water seals, over-sized bearings and a robust governor design (01204-690690).
