Chef Anthony Tobin, well known from his appearances in the Ready, Steady, Cook television programme, will be among the judges of the Cotswold Pub Pork Dish of the Year competition.

The aim of the contest, which was launched by the Cotswold Pig Development Company, is to encourage pubs to put pork on their menus.
