The sheep made £198 apiece, just £2 behind the events top price, taken by an entry from Martin Wallace, Farney Shield. Overall, North of England Mules Mule gimmer lambs rose £8.30 on the year to average nearly £73, according to Penrith Farmers and Kidds.
