Sheep search… Thick fog made gathering stock tough going at last Saturdays dispersal for former barrister and Liberal MP Lord Hooson. The auction at Penybanc, Powys, saw a top stock price of 3900gns for a 1993-born Welsh Black cow with a heifer calf, say auctioneers Morris, Marshall & Poole. The ground will now be leased as grass lets.
