CORRECTION
In the article Growth promoter ban concern in farmers weekly dated Apr 19, p45, the average weight at slaughter of pigs receiving additives zinc oxide and avilamycin for the first 20 days after weaning was 82.4kg compared with 79.3kg for pigs on a control diet, not as stated. *
