Bailea bulls prove in demand again
THE Bailea prefix, which is enjoying success at major bull sales this spring, came to the fore yet again at the multi-breed fixture at Sennybridge, Powys.
A Charolais bull from owner Brian Jones, Brecon made the sales top price of 1950gns. Buyer was E Hughes, Llandovery.
A Charolais entry from the Gaer herd of T E Jones, Welshpool earned him 1500gns, while Limousins were led by Gwenhill Lewis from D Morgan and Son, Monmouth taken at 1400gns by D Thomas, Carmarthen.
