BBC reprieves One Man and His Dog

The BBC has bowed to public pressure and reprieved One Man and His
Dog.

The show faced the axe after 23 years but will continue in a series of
“specials” later in the year.

The decision follows the success of a Christmas edition which attracted
2.5m viewers.
