Belgian Blue bulls twice hit heights

BELGIAN Blue bulls twice reached a breed record for Perth bull sales. Black Moor Rufus, a son of Inexes de la Croix de Mer, made 4200gns after taking the championship awarded by breed judge Jim Barber.

Rufus was consigned by John Mawle, Beds, and was bought by I Morris, Kidderminster, Worcs.

New breeders Kenneth Hailstones and Scott Milligan from Ayrshire shared the new record with their first home-bred bull Kensco Stanley. This ET-bred son of Totem de Chocquenee heads back to Ayrshire with buyer Andrew Paton.
