Britain wins Chinese medicine deal
BRITISH plant research organisation Horticultural International has won a multi-million pound deal to mass-produce plants in China for alternative medicines.
Among the plants which will be propagated are the Dendrobium orchid, used to combat viruses, and Astragilis, used to treat high blood pressure.
