Case tractors get tailored front linkages

LIFT capacities of 2.5t, 3t or 3.5t make up a range of front linkages which have been tailored specifically to fit Case CVX130 and CVX170 tractors.

Manufactured by Lynx Engineering, the linkages have three lift arm positions and can be operated in transport, locked or float modes.

A multi-function valve is designed to enable the lift rams to be operated in single or double acting mode, and a purpose-built weight carrier is also available.

Control is from a single spool valve from the tractor or an optional Electronic Position Resume EPR facility.

Lynx Engineering says EPR allows transport and working modes to be adjusted quickly and easily, allowing the linkage to return to pre-set positions in a similar way to electronic rear linkage control systems.

A single gas accumulator is fitted across the range which provides stability and suspension for heavy equipment when locked in transport mode.

Further specification includes an optional pto rated at 170hp and 1000rpm output speed which is supplied with an in-cab electronic display that indicates shaft speed.

Fitted with its own multi-plate clutch and hydraulic supply, the ptos engagement can be modulated to match high and low inertia equipment.

Prices for the linkages, which are compatible with front suspension, are £1900, £2010 and £2400. A complete front pto system costs £2350. &#42
