CJD victim’s father also loses wife

ROGER TOMKINS, the father of vegetarian Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) victim Clare Tomkins, lost his wife Dawn on Tuesday to ovarian cancer.

His daughter Clare died in April after losing her long battle against the brain crippling disease CJD – which has been linked to mad cow disease.
