CLAAS UK has signed an agreement with precision farming specialist SOYL to provide a complete yield mapping and variable rate application farming system for users of Lexion combines.
Under the partnership, SOYL will provide agronomy and variable application services to support new and existing users of Claas AgroCom yield mapping software.
The support package, which applies to the portable AgroCom ACT terminal or Lexion combines with CEBIS control system, will be available to new customers for this years harvest. Existing users will be eligible from Oct 1.
In the first year, the support package includes installation of the AgroCom software and up to four hours training, a seven-day help line, web-site access, activation of the RACAL signal and checks that collected yield data is accepted by Agromap software.
After the first year, support package members will be eligible to a three-year maintenance agreement which will cover telephone support, free software updates, web-site access and license discounts. *
