THE UK market followed the French down yesterday (Wednesday), although Sterling was slightly easier.
South Korea yesterday purchased 165,000t of wheat, probably Polish.
Egypt purchased 165,000t of hard red winter wheat at around $131.50 C&F (80.28).
Tunisia purchased 125,000t of French/Turkish wheat at between $106 and $112 (£64.69-68.37).
OSR area lodged for set-aside this year is reported to be 132,000ha, compared to about 25,000ha last year.
