IN reply, yes we do indeed have a stringent Farm Assured programme based
largely upon your own.

My meat company, Richmonds, has even gone as far as to swab each carcase
thus keeping a genetic fingerprint, which as well as the bar codes, allows
each carcase component to be traced back from the retailer to the farm of
origin – should the need ever arise.

This process has recently been tested
and shown to work well.
