FORGET the socks and Old Spice, the truly fashionable present to give your loved one this Christmas/New Year is a farmers weekly poster. Cheaper than wallpaper or emulsion and much, much more interesting, it will liven up even the drabbest farm office or chintzy bedroom.

Weve been updating some of the posters and creating new ones, so you can choose from the following:

&#8226 Cattle and sheep – 41 cattle and 52 sheep breeds (British and Continental) that youll find on UK farms. Updated Summer 1999.

&#8226 Current tractor models – 22 current tractor models, one from each make available in the UK.

&#8226 Tractors of the 50s, 60s and 70s. – 22 tractors from the period 1950 to 1979, many of which are still at work around the UK.

&#8226 Tractors of the 30s and 40s – hot off the press! 22 tractors that will bring a lump to the throat of anyone whos been farming for a good few years.

If you want to receive your posters in time for Christmas, youll need to get your order to Simmonds by Dec 10. Sorry for the lack of notice.
