Harness offers safety back-up

in four-wheel-drive vehicles

CAMBS-BASED Safety Devices has introduced a safety harness for use in four-wheel drive vehicles and mobile agricultural equipment.

The Autocontrol harness is fitted with an electro-sensor which constantly monitors abnormal movement and forces encountered inside vehicle cabs.

The sensor allows the harness to relax in normal driving, enabling the operator to move freely – or is designed to instantly lock up if a sudden movement or force is encountered.

A further feature is a system which prevents the driver sliding underneath the harness in the event of a sudden impact, says the company.

Available in five colours, the Autocontrol safety harness costs £75. (01353-724202)
