TOP price was 2600gns at last weeks dispersal of R and J R Cornthwaites Fyldeview herd at Goosnargh, Preston.

This came for a pure Holstein maiden heifer by stock bull Hyrex Amiable. Fyldeview Illa 3rd, bred from three generations of Excellent or VG cows, stays in the family and joins Alan Cornthwaites Garstay herd at Out Rawcliffe.

And buyers confirmed their interest in Illa family when the heifers dam, Fyldeview Illa 2nd, made 2500gns to R and E Summerscales, Stalybridge, Cheshire. She is a daughter of MOET Fays Alert.
