How gut flora keep germs at bay

ESTABLISH and maintain a healthy balance of gut flora in ruminants using Lacteal Ruminant, says manufacturer Provita.

It claims the probiotic paste supplies a high dose of beneficial bacteria and polyclonal antibody protection against the pathogens E Coli K99, bovine rotavirus, salmonella and coronavirus.

Provita recommends using Lacteal Ruminant at birth, during disease outbreaks, and periods of stress including weaning, transport, appetite loss, and after antibiotic therapy.
