IN BRIEF

LATEST adjuvant to gain MAFF approval is Toil from Interagro UK. The firm claims it is the first adjuvant using esterified oilseed rape oil to be authorised. "The esterification process allows us to ensure product consistency," says Interagros technical director, Richard Newman. "It means that we can provide an adjuvant with activity as dependable as mineral oil-based alternatives, but, as Toil is vegetable-based, it is environmentally benign."
