MELLS Park is now sold. The 850-acre Somerset estate, featuring a Lutyens designed mansion, was guided at £8.5m. A confidentiality clause prevented Knight Frank agent James Crawford revealing the price, but he professed to be "pleased" with the sale. The identity of the owner is also unknown, but he is from the UK. *
