New executive secretary for Scots auctioneers

IAN BROWN has been appointed executive secretary at the Institute of Auctioneers and Appraisers in Scotland.

The former chief executive of the Scotch Quality Beef and Lamb Association will be based at the Rural Centre in Ingliston where the institute is opening an office.
